B Sc (Osteopathy)UK
Osteopathic treatment focusses on the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders of the body and uses a hands on approach to achieve pain relief and good function, leading to optimum good health.
You will be assessed before your treatment begins. My clients really appreciate clear explanations. You will know exactly what is causing your pain or impairing your movement. You will understand what your body needs to experience pain-free movement again.
I've been using Osteopathic Healthcare techniques in practice for over 24 years and was teaching Osteopathy in London and Europe for 13 years before coming to live in Australia in 2007.
Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal
BHlth Sci (TCM)
A passion for helping people, a deep interest in East Asian culture and an eye opening experience living in China led me to become a traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner.
Whilst living in China I learnt the importance of mind-body-spirit connection and how we can live in harmony with the world around us to achieve the greatest health and happiness.
With life in Sydney becoming increasingly stressful, with the rise in chronic illness, I see a need to educate you and your family on how to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle using Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
I have been an Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist since 2010, with special interest and experience in women's health and fertility. My commitment for achieving the best results for these clients grows greater every day. Of course, I do love getting stuck into those chronic neck, back and shoulder pains too.
Your session with me will involve a discussion about whatever ailment is bothering you, along with aspects of your general health and wellbeing, and from that a tailored treatment plan specific to you will be made.
Chinese Medicine treats people, not diseases. I'm sure you'll enjoy this individualised and holistic approach to your health.
When I'm not working I enjoy cooking and exploring the great outdoors to reconnect with the natural world, be it through swimming, hiking or camping.
Remedial Massage Therapist
Diploma in Massage Therapy (NZ)
I have spent more than 13 years developing my massage style.
I believe the human body, a very complicated and perfect machine, needs regular maintenance to enhance the enjoyment of daily life. During your session, I incorporate massage techniques that are of benefit to clients of all ages. I also utilise stretching techniques to help with alignment.
I am passionate about helping people feel more comfortable, both in their work environments and in their lifestyles. When I was choosing my career I was keen to do something that would help people in their daily lives and that I could do wherever I was. What better choice than massage.
Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine
Masters Hlth Sci (TCM), Dip.
The goal of healthy living is to keep your body at its peak by reducing stress, improving energy levels and, where there is pain or illness, attending to your body's needs. Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine can help restore balance and get you back on track.
I have been an acupuncturist since 1986 and a Chinese Herbalist since 2006. I trained with many respected Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners and teachers in China and Australia and continue to build on my knowledge and techniques.
I have a vast range of clinical experience in fertility and pregnancy, stroke rehabilitation, cancer support and dermatology. I also assist clients with everyday issues like back, neck and shoulder pain, stress and other conditions - too many to mention here.
Treatments with me consist of an in-depth consultation using Traditional Chinese Medicine to diagnose and develop a highly personalized plan to bring you back to good health.
Where Western Medicine looks at symptoms, Chinese Medicine looks at causes and a return to holistic health. I look forward to meeting and assisting you on your journey back to good health.

Dip Remedial Massage
Dip Lymphatic Massage Drainage
I studied Remedial Massage at Australasian College of Natural Therapies.
During my studies I volunteered with Cycle for SMILE. I was their onsite therapist, during their cycle tour around Australia to raise money for the SMILE Foundation. I have worked with the Penrith Panthers, as well as other sports people, using massage to help them to perform to the best of their abilities. Since 2012 I have also volunteered as a massage therapist with Chain Reaction Corporate Challenge Sydney Ride as they raised money for the Victor Chang Institute.
In 2016 I decided to enhance my understanding and ability to assess musculoskeletal ailments and enrolled in the bachelor of Health Science in Myotherapy at Endeavour College of Natural Medicine.
I believe massage should be a part of everyone's regular health routine, helping to maintain a healthy mind and body. I work with clients to help them achieve their goals, tailoring individual treatment plans to improve movement, range of motion and reduce pain.
I chose to follow a career in massage after experiencing how massage and meditation helped me to manage my own wellbeing during a time of stress.
