Osteopathic treatment focusses on the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders of the body and uses a hands on approach to achieve pain relief and good function, leading to optimum good health.

You will be assessed  before your treatment begins. My clients really appreciate clear explanations. You will know exactly what is causing your pain or impairing your movement. You will understand what your body needs to experience pain-free movement again.

I've been using Osteopathic Healthcare techniques in practice for over 24 years and was teaching Osteopathy in London and Europe for 13 years before coming to live in Australia in 2007.

I believe massage should be a part of everyone's regular health routine, helping to maintain a healthy mind and body.

I work with clients to help them achieve their goals, tailoring individual treatment plans to:

  • help improve movement, and range of motion, which can help reduce pain
  • manage wellbeing during acute periods of stress
  • help them to physically perform to the best of their abilities

I am trained in a range of techniques and proficient in Myotherapy, Remedial Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

I am passionate about helping people participate in sport and have worked with elite sports professionals, including the Penrith Panthers.  I also volunteer for charitable causes, providing massage to support the participants of Chain Reaction Corporate Challenge Sydney Ride as they cycle to raise money for the Victor Chang Institute and the Starlight foundation.

Has a passion for helping people, a deep interest in East Asian culture and an eye opening experience living in China led me to become a traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner.

Whilst living in China I learnt the importance of mind-body-spirit connection and how we can live in harmony with the world around us to achieve the greatest health and happiness.

With life in Sydney becoming increasingly stressful, with the rise in chronic illness, I see a need to educate you and your family on how to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle using Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.

I have been an Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist since 2010, with special interest and experience in women's health and fertility.  My commitment for achieving the best results for these clients grows greater every day. Of course, I do love getting stuck into those chronic neck, back and shoulder pains too.

Your session with me will involve a discussion about whatever ailment is bothering you, along with aspects of your general health and wellbeing, and from that a tailored treatment plan specific to you will be made.

Chinese Medicine treats people, not diseases.  I'm sure you'll enjoy this individualised and holistic approach to your health.

When I'm not working I enjoy cooking and exploring the great outdoors to reconnect with the natural world, be it through swimming, hiking or camping.

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive holistic therapy based on the principle that reflexes in the feet, hands, ears and face reflect the whole body.
These reflex areas respond to pressure stimulating the body's own natural healing processes, promoting improved health and well-being, and balancing body and mind.
I also have a keen interest in the positive effects as a complementary therapy on cancer patients including relief from long-term symptoms due to cancer treatment. The outcomes for my clients have been very positive and the therapeutic effects of reflexology are undeniable.

Reflexology works for everybody at all stages of life.

Family, Health, Helping others, Connection and Curiosity.

These values are key to my life and the world of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture (CM) provides the opportunity to live by these values.

My initial reason for delving into health sphere was to find a way that I could help my family maintain or return to a balanced and healthy state.  But my desire to help others pushed me into a role of a health practitioner.

CM treats people not diseases, and allows me to connect with, and help people, as well as allowing others to connect back to themselves; taking their health back into their own hands.

Each session requires me to be curious – asking what seems to be a lot of questions – with the express aim of understanding what is happening to the person in front of me. It requires me to connect all the bits of the health jigsaw together to provide a whole (mind-body-spirit) picture of the person, and to tailor an individualised and holistic treatment plan for that person.

When I’m not ‘pinning’ people or asking lots of questions I enjoy being in the sunshine and outdoors catching up with friends or walking the worlds most loved, and pampered, pooch.

Originally from Philadelphia, Ben has lived throughout the United States and the world. He recently moved to Sydney's eastern beaches to live with his partner.

He has trained through in-depth apprenticeships with accomplished practitioners in Classical Chinese medicine, Trigger Point and Myofascial Release, and Somatic Experiencing.
His treatments are highly attuned to each individual person and moment - and can range from intense, focused physical remediation techniques, to fine, subtle work to resolve somatic and energetic imprints.
Much of the transformation and integration occurs when we're able to bring simple awareness to what is.

Ben has a daily internal cultivation practice which informs his work. He also enjoys surfing, beach volleyball, cooking food for others, and being a part of building local, resilient communities.

I was among the first graduates of the ARA Institute of Canterbury, New Zealand, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Musculoskeletal Health before advancing to attain a Postgraduate diploma in Osteopathy. Additionally, I've pursued specialized certifications in pelvic health and pediatric care.

During my time in New Zealand, I worked in a bustling clinic serving diverse demographics. Now, based in Bondi, and Mosman, Sydney, I find immense satisfaction in supporting the local community. Utilizing the unique principles of osteopathy, I tailor treatments to meet the specific needs of each individual, fostering collaboration with my patients to determine the most effective treatment strategies and pathways to recovery. I'm deeply passionate about the holistic nature of osteopathy and strive to educate my patients on the mechanisms of pain in their bodies, recognizing and respecting their unique characteristics and adjusting my techniques accordingly.
I actively collaborate with a variety of healthcare professionals, including GPs, Acupuncturists, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Midwives, Naturopaths, and Specialists, to provide comprehensive support within a multidisciplinary framework.
